Payment: Any remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the class.
Payment Plans: A down payment does not automatically create a payment plan. I must contact Bay Area Training Academy if I wish to enroll in one.
Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires payment of a new registration fee unless reschedule insurance was purchased at registration.
Reschedule Insurance: Reschedule insurance is non-refundable and allows rescheduling up to two times within six months, provided the request is submitted at least one week before the course start date.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only in accordance with the Refund Policy in the Bay Area Training Academy School Catalog located at on www.bataeducation.com.
Catalog & Policies: I acknowledge that I have access to the Bay Area Training Academy School Catalog and Student Policies located at www.bataeducation.com and agree to follow them.
Employment: I understand that Bay Area Training Academy does not guarantee employment or job placement upon course completion.
Attendance & Competency: I understand that successful completion of the program requires meeting all attendance, participation, and skills competency requirements as outlined in the catalog.
Conduct: I agree to follow the professional conduct standards of Bay Area Training Academy.
Materials: I am responsible for maintaining all required course materials, uniforms, and issued equipment.
Communication: I consent to receive communications from Bay Area Training Academy by phone, email, mail, or text regarding my enrollment, schedule, and course requirements.
