Skills verification sessions are by APPOINTMENT ONLY and can be scheduled after payment is received. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the available dates and time slots.
Please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-701-7333 to confirm your preferred slot.
Time slots are first come, first served—if we don’t receive a response, you will not be placed in a session and will instead be assigned to the next available date.
Please Note: Skills Verification Courses are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the full fee will be required again.
** Rescheduling Option (non-refundable) **
You may choose the option to purchase the rescheduling fee upon sign-up.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or need to reschedule for a different date, we offer a one-time rescheduling option for a fee of $25. This option allows you to move your session to a more convenient date if needed.
To take advantage of this option, please contact us within 48-hr. notice to arrange your new session date. If we do not receive notice of cancelation or reschedule, you forfeit your session and would need to pay the full amount again at another time.
